A nadie le gusta que le arruinen una serie que está siguiendo o una película que aún no ha visto. Pero a veces es difícil evitarlo. Si no llevas la serie al día, la película en cuestión tiene ya un tiempo y, además, te gusta leer contenidos relacionados con el cine o las series en blogs o redes sociales, hay que tener mucho cuidado para no llevarse un disgusto. Luego están, claro, esos individuos que disfrutan destripándolo todo a todo el que se ponga a tiro, los que cuentan pelis o series enteras en Twitter o Facebook, sin avisar, sin posibilidad de filtrar lo que dice, por el puro placer de hacer daño a los demás. Gentuza, en definitiva.

Michael Kelly, que interpreta en House of Cards a Doug Stamper, mano derecha de Frank Underwood (Kevin Spacey), explica muy bien la diferencia entre ambos tipos de espoilers en este vídeo. Y, también, que lo importante no es sólo el final o un acontecimiento concreto, sino cómo se llega a él:

«Y en cuanto a los que de verdad os gusta espoilear a vuestros amigos o conocidos… Tengamos una charla. No ahora; podemos vernos en el andén de metro más cercano».

No voy a explicar eso del andén del metro. Tendréis que ver la serie.
