Se ve que Sawyer no está acostumbrado a caerle bien a la gente. Eso le pone nervioso y reacciona de la única forma que sabe, engañando y manipulando a los demás. Algo que se le daba muy bien en su etapa pre-isla, como vemos en los flashbacks.
